Reciprocating Flat-Based Condensing Units
 
Airefrig Australia's range of Enthalpy condensing units is one of the highest quality units available for the Australian market. The condensing units have many standard fitted features, previously being options.
The Enthalpy condensing units are available for use with R404A, R507, R134A and R22 refrigerants. Capacities range form 4kW to 10kW. The Enthalpy condensing units are powered by Copeland, the worlds leading hermetic compressor manufacturer.
The condensing units are rated up to 43°C ambient and are fitted standard with a fan speed controller. This means they can be applied in the hot climate of far North Queensland to the cooler area's of Tasmania.

The Enthalpy condensing units come fitted as standard with:

· Saginomiya Dual Pressure Control
· Passivated High Ambient Condenser
· Ziehl Sickle Blade Condenser Fan
· Alstom Contactor and Overload Block (3phase only) fully wired
· Alstom Control Circuit Breaker (3 phase only) fully wired
· Gomax Flexible Hoses
· Oil Seperator (pre-charged with oil)
· Full Rotalock service valves with copper tails
· Nitrogen Charged
· 1mm wall copper pipe work

Optional extras available for Enthalpy condensing units:
· Accumulator kit
· Weatherproof cover kit

The accumulator kit is available as a kit or can be supplied factory fitted.
The weatherproof covers are galvanised steel covered with white powder coat finish. The front of the weatherproof cover is louvred. All fixings are supplied with the kit.
The Enthalpy condensing unit is the most complete condensing unit available saving time in installation for contractors.

The ZXE series of outdoor refrigeration Scroll condensing units are specifically designed to cater for a wide range of refrigeration applications covering medium to high evaporating temperatures.
They feature low noise levels, advanced electronic protection and numerous accessories fitted as standard items.

Energy Savings
· Scroll compressor technology is significantly more efficient than traditional
piston designs.
· Enhanced condenser fan and coil combination.

Electronic Discharge Temperature Control System
· All refrigeration compressors operating at high compression ratios need some
means of reducing the discharge temperature. (Extremely high internal
temperatures will significantly reduce compressor life).
· ZXE condensing units include a unique, patented liquid injection system that
activates an electronic expansion device to provide optimal injection while
minimising capacity loss.

Fan Speed Control
· Copeland has designed a unique fan speed control system based on
temperature inputs and electronic circuits that results in 7 different speeds,
allowing the unit to optimally operate in a range of ambient temperatures.

Self Diagnostics Capability
· ZXE units offer a unique Diagnostics Module option that assesses
non-conformance conditions and temporarily puts the condensing unit into a
safe operation mode.
· Error codes displayed on the module can be reviewed quickly by the service
mechanic helping with diagnostics and reducing down time.

Compressor Protection
Units also have built-in electronic compressor protection against:
· Current Overload
· Voltage Imbalance
· Phase Reversal
· Loss of Phase
· Compressor Rapid Cycling
