Terms and Conditions of Sale




	In these terms and conditions, Seller means Airefrig Australia Pty Ltd and Customer means whose order for goods is accepted by, Airefrig Australia Pty Ltd.


	Legal title to the goods shall not pass to the Customer until Airefrig has received payment for all debts owing to Airefrig by the Customer in full. Airefrig shall be entitled to re-take possession of all goods until debts owed by the Customer to Airefrig have been paid. The Customer may sell or deal in the ordinary course of business with the goods and with the interest of the seller in the goods and for the purpose of such a sale or dealing part with possession of the goods. The Customer holds the proceeds of any re-sale on trust for Airefrig until Airefrig has been paid in full for those goods.


	Terms of payment are net 30 days after the month of purchase. Any variation to these trading terms must be subject to prior written approval. Non compliance could have the result of ordered goods held, pending payment of all outstanding amounts.
	Continued, non-compliance could result in the credit facility being withdrawn.


	Prices quoted shall be ex the warehouse and shall not include delivery charges or insurance. Airefrig may invoice goods at its ruling prices, on the date of each delivery.


	Goods sold by Airefrig have any warranty given by the manufacturer, but Airefrig shall not be liable for any loss or damage either direct or consequential arising out of any defects or application of the goods.
	All goods returned by the customer to Airefrig for warranty, or warranty repair shall be free of all charges to Airefrig and at the customer’s risk.


	The warranty on replacement goods of a warranty failure is given as the remaining part of the original warranty period.


	The original invoice number, date of sale and reason for return must be quoted before any goods are accepted for credit.
	Credit will not be allowed for goods returned after thirty (30) days from date of sale, unless by agreement with Airefrig, and may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
	All goods returned are subject to inspection before acceptance and shall be free of all charges to Airefrig and at the customer’s risk.
