Our Directors

Bill Treby & Waverley Treby

Airefrig Australia is a 100% Family Owned Company. Bill and Waverley Treby started the company in October 1970 and in 2020 celebrated their 50th anniversary in business. Both directors are an integral part of the business and continue to manage the company with direct support from the Airefrig General Manager.

General Manager

Airefrig General Manager Stephen Cross has been with Airefrig for 23 years.

Stephen has a refrigeration background and since being appointed General Manager in 2001 he has helped expand Airefrig Australia into the national network of branches you see today.

With a strong customer focus and an extensive understanding of both the international and Australian HVACR industry, Stephen continues to keep up-to-date with the latest in the market. His goal is to provide our customers with a vast range of quality products and support our staff to provide the technical support that you have come to expect from Airefrig Australia. State Managers

The Airefrig management team is supported by five state managers that facilitate the day-to-day operations and manage the sales teams within our national branch network.

All Airefrig State Managers have a refrigeration background and have worked their way through several sales positions within the company before being promoted as State Managers. This internal promotion model ensures our leaders are experienced, technically sound and have a strong understanding of the Airefrig ethos.

Purchasing & Administration

The Airefrig Management Team are also supported by our Head Office Purchasing and Administration Departments. Both purchasing and admin/accounts services are provided by our Head Office in Bayswater, Western Australia.

Our purchasing team is headed up by Patrick Paulus, Supply Chain Manager. Our administration and accounts team is overseen by our Administration and Accounts Manager, Kingsley Morisey.
