  • Internal Salesperson - Wangara, WA

    Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this great full-time opportunity involves both counter and phone sales. No prior internal sales experience in the HVAC&R industry is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidates.

    Key Responsibilities (but would not be limited to):

    • Counter and phone sales
    • Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the suitable solution based on specifications, costs, and availability.
    • The applicant will be required to process and manage customer orders through quotation, ordering, picking, packing and organising the delivery of items
    • Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships
    • Work alongside internal departments (warranty, purchasing and accounts) to help satisfy / fulfil customer requests
    • Assist with warehouse duties when required (receiving of goods, stock take etc)

    Purchasing Officer - Bayswater, WA

    Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this great full-time opportunity involves purchasing of stock for the branches daily, price and availability requests, developing branch and supplier relationships and exposure to local and overseas ordering. No prior purchasing experience is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidates.

    Key responsibilities: 

    • Place purchase orders with suppliers
    • Regularly liaise with Sales and Warehouse departments at branch level regarding stock related matters.
    • Obtain price and availability requests
    • Assist with stock re-ordering and warehouse replenishment
    • Work directly with local and overseas suppliers to place orders
    • Ownership of end-to-end purchase order lifecycle management (formulating the purchase order for the customer, following up ETA and providing relevant updates from the supplier back to the customer)
    • Review purchasing backorder reporting and updating ETA’s.

  • Storeperson - Truganina, VIC

    Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this great full-time opportunity involves picking, packing and organising the delivery of items, receiving stock, ongoing monthly stock-takes. No prior internal store/warehousing experience is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidates.

    Key Responsibilities (but would not be limited to):

    • Strong commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment
    • Receiving in stock with accuracy (including unpacking container deliveries) 
    • The applicant will be required to manage picking, packing and organising the delivery of items, 
    • Work alongside internal departments (sales, purchasing and accounts) to help rectify stock issues
    • General housekeeping of warehouse and goods receiving area

    Sales Engineer - VIC

    Airefrig has enjoyed continued growth and are now looking to expand our VIC team. The successful applicant will join a highly skilled growing team.  A hands-on role, they will be involved in technical support, designing new projects and dealing directly with our wide customer base in the branches, over the phone, via email and on site.  

    Key Responsibilities (but would not be limited to):

    • Selecting refrigeration equipment for specific applications
    • Problem solving and providing solutions for break down / service situations
    • Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships
    • Generate and drive project proposals
    • Become an expert across our core product range so our customers are confident in the product features, models & technical details.
    • Work alongside suppliers and internal departments to help satisfy / fulfil customer requests
    • Face to face customer meetings, webinars and onsite visits.

    This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC&R technician who is looking to get off the tools and into a sales engineer position, with the opportunity to apply their practical and theoretical knowledge to our customer base.
